Appetizer
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove garlic minced
8 3/4 inch thick slices French stick cut diagonally
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Combine oil and garlic; Lightly brush some over one side of each bread slice. Arrange slices garlic side up on baking sheet. Broil until golden brown.
Turn slices and lightly brush with remaining oil mixture; sprinkle with parmesan.
Broil until cheese melts and toast is golden brown. Sprinkle with parsley; serve immediately. Makes 8 slices.
